Ponora currently offers three plans: Standard at EUR 0, Professional at EUR 16.99 per month or EUR 94.99 per year, and Excellence at EUR 29.99 per month or EUR 190.99 per year. For in-app purchases on mobile, the applicable store price applies.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time on the subscription page and upgrade or downgrade as needed.
Yes. By default, your benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
If auto-renewal is not enabled, simply purchase the plan again on the subscription page once it expires. If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription renews automatically under the applicable rules and no action is needed.
Subscriptions can be paid by credit card (via Stripe) and by SEPA Direct Debit. Purchases made in the mobile app are billed through the respective app store.
